    DNA band quantities listed above are determined by spectrophotometer.
    Based on 1µg of marker per application in a volume of 10µl (including dye).
    DNA concentration per band is as indicated. Gel was run through 14cm long gel,
    in TAE buffer containing Ethidium Bromide (EtBr), and visualized at the 365nm.
    Loading dye consists of bromophenol blue.
